Over the years we have been guests at many functions where you have been the caterer.
Whether it is a birthday party, a special occasion, fundraising your food is ALWAYS superb—every mouthful is fresh and so tasty. How do you do it and especially from different domestic kitchens/ ovens for each occasion?
Maggie you are very special—wonderful cook, organiser with your professional staff –the latter, nothing is too much trouble for them. Look forward to eating your food again, hopefully sooner rather than later!

We had a wonderful evening. The food you and Christina served was just beautiful. I especially liked the main course. The beef was very tender and the beetroot dressing was both unusual and tasty. The baby turnips were a lovely surprise. The chocolate concord dessert was a lovely finish to the meal.
Your attention to detail was magnificent. Everything was perfect. I also especially loved the way Christina helped me before the party started. You always think you have time to get everything ready, but time always closes in. Little things like sweeping on the back patio and finishing the table setting made a big difference.

What a wonderful day to remember our daughter’s wedding.
You were just wonderful and we could not have managed without your help for everything from the hiring of marque, tables, chairs, lighting, music, etc. Many commented on the quality of linen, glassware, crockery, cutlery.
Your organising skills are one thing, BUT your fresh and delicious food is something else – quite exceptional. Beautifully cooked and presented, no mean feat for 140 guests sitting down in the bush!! The cheeses were to die for, the cake superb.
Please thank your wonderful staff, including those in the kitchen, all of whom were very nice and efficient. I would happily recommend Maggie and her staff to anyone who is considering catering for any function. Best wishes from very happy parents of the bride.

Without Maggie’s help, our daughter’s wedding would not have been the success it was. Maggie was able to assist me in every aspect of preparation, including getting quotations from suppliers, discussing the “look and feel” of the event and, most importantly, suggesting and providing a most comprehensive menu. She brought a team with her who took control, meaning that we, as parents, were able to relax and enjoy our daughter’s wedding. The food was served beautifully, was fresh and delicious and there was plenty of it! People are still raving about what a wonderful wedding it was. I would heartily recommend Maggie to anyone considering a catered function.

Maggie has provided me with wonderful catering on many occasions over the past 10 years … birthday parties, cocktail parties, dinner parties and any other party I might have organised. Maggie takes all my worry away and just does her thing from start to finish. I call it “stress free” entertaining. Not only is her food of the highest standard but so to are her “helpers”. Always there to serve the food, pour the drinks and then leave everything is perfect order when the party is over. I look forward to doing more entertaining so Maggie can take over and make the occasion a wonderful experience.
